About Us
After years of juggling other businesses and raising a family, we launched The Big Dawg Smokie as a way to work side by side doing something we truly enjoy. This cart became our shared dream — a way to build something together that reflects who we are and what we love.

It’s become more than just a food cart. It’s our way of connecting with the community through good food and good vibes.

Our menu is loaded with options, including our famous Dawg Sauce and a topping list that’s hard to beat. We even serve bison smokies when available. But beyond the food, we bring a friendly, family-first energy wherever we go, whether we’re parked at one of our regular spots or out at a weekend market.
